Thank you for supporting our Small Business!  Below are the answers to our most frequently asked questions.

Special note:

  • Each product is hand made (with lots of love). Please note that slight color variations are normal. Your unique item was made just for you and it won’t look exactly like any other product you’ve seen. 

Custom Orders

So you want something that you don’t see on our site? We are happy to discuss creating the something unique. Please contact us at info@tiflyncocreative.com with details of what you are looking for and we will get back with you to plan the perfect piece!  

Shipping Time

  • Shipping occurs between 14 to 21 business days after purchase.
  • All packages are shipped USPS or UPS.  You will receive tracking information once your package is shipped.  Due to COVID-19 , there may be delays in shipping.  Once your order is shipped and you receive a tracking number, we are unable to influence the rate at which your product arrives.
  • Local pick-up is available for those in the DMV area. 

Shipping Costs

  • Product shipping varies based on weight and destination.  Please see shipping rate at checkout.

Caring for your product: 

  • Indoor products can be wiped clean. To avoid damage, please avoid use of harsh abrasives. 
  • Outdoor products are water resistant but should be brought inside during severe weather to avoid damage. Door Rounds should be removed during high winds to avoid damage to your door. 

 Lost items

  • Tracking information is provided for all packages. If your package is lost by the carrier, please contact them directly to submit a claim.  After you submit a claim please email us for a replacement.  Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a replacement.

Damage

  • Please email us at info@tiflyncocreative.com within 24 hours of receipt if your product is damaged upon arrival.

Payment

  • Tiflyn & Co. accepts several forms of payment including Visa,  American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

Cancellations/Returns

  • Due to the customization of our products, cancellations must occur within 24 hours. Once production begins, we are unable to issue a refund. Returns are not accepted but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours.
